Introduction

At UrbanNaari, we aim to make your shopping experience as smooth and refined as our collections. This policy outlines how your order will be processed, delivered, returned, or exchanged. Please read it carefully before placing an order.


Shipping Within India

We ship across all serviceable regions in India through trusted courier partners.

• Shipping is available for all serviceable PIN codes.
• Delivery is not available to P.O. Box addresses or APO/FPO zones.
• Orders to non-serviceable areas will be cancelled and refunded in full.
• Once dispatched, transit timelines depend on courier operations.


Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping on all prepaid orders across India.
• ₹50 mandatory fee on all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
• The ₹50 COD fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.


Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next working day.
• Shipping confirmation and tracking details are shared via email.
• Customers must ensure accurate address and contact details.
• Incorrect address, refusal, or unavailability may result in RTO (Return to Origin).


RTO (Return to Origin)

Prepaid Orders
If returned due to incorrect address, refusal, or unavailability:

• ₹200 logistics fee will be deducted.
• Remaining balance issued as Store Credit (valid for 1 year).
• No monetary refund will be processed.

COD Orders
If returned due to refusal or non-acceptance:

• COD privileges may be suspended.
• Repeated refusals may lead to permanent restriction.


Delivery Timeline

• Most prepaid orders are delivered within 5–7 business days.
• Timelines may vary during festivals, sales, or unforeseen events.
• Confirmed loss in transit will result in replacement or Store Credit.
• Minor outer packaging damage is not eligible for claims.


Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD available across India.
• ₹50 non-refundable fee applies.
• Mobile number must be reachable at delivery.
• Repeated refusal may lead to COD suspension.


Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately based on stock availability.
No additional shipping charges apply.


Shipment & Tracking

After dispatch, you will receive:

• Tracking link via email
• Status updates (Confirmation, Dispatch, Out for Delivery)

Tracking may take up to 24 hours to activate.

Proof of Delivery (POD) from courier partner will be treated as final. Delivery disputes must be raised within 48 hours.


Order Cancellations

UrbanNaari reserves the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, invalid details, payment irregularities, or suspected fraud. A full refund will be issued in such cases.


Delays & Exceptions

Delivery delays may occur due to public holidays, weather disruptions, courier network issues, or high-demand sale periods.

If your order is not delivered within 15 days of dispatch, please contact support for investigation.

Force Majeure: UrbanNaari shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control including natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or regulatory changes.


Returns & Exchanges

Damages & Issues

• Report damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery.
• An unboxing video is recommended for verification.
• Resolution will be provided after evaluation.
• Minor packaging damage is not eligible for claim.


International Shipping

International shipping is available. Charges and timelines vary by destination. International orders are not eligible for return or exchange.


GST Invoice

All shipments include a tax invoice.
For GST-compliant invoices, email care@urbannaari.co.in within 7 days of delivery with your GSTIN and registered business name.


Legal Jurisdiction

All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kankroli, Rajsamand, Rajasthan, India only.
